Dr. Hayes grew up outside of Pittsburgh and spent her undergraduate years at the Pennsylvania State University. She completed medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia and her residency in internal medicine at Hershey Medical Center. She spent an additional year at Hershey as Chief resident until she joined LIMA in 1996. She became board certified in 1995 and continues to maintain her certification. She is a general internist with a special interest in geriatrics and primary care throughout the adult spectrum. She is a certified Medical Director and serves as medical director of Cornwall Manor and the Lebanon Free Clinic. Dr. Hayes and her husband, Dan, reside in North Cornwall with their dog and enjoy frequent visits from their adult children. When not busy with her career and family, Dr. Hayes enjoys photography, bicycling, college football and watching the Phillies.
